Alyssa is a physiologist, author, broadcaster and coach with 20 years experience in energy management and personal vitality. Her career path from corporate health screening through stress management and corporate wellness has led to a consultancy practice that helps people find routes to sustainable success and work-life balance. As BUPA’s manager of Corporate Wellbeing (2000-2003), she had the experience of creating stress management and energy management programmes for blue-chip organisations, consultancy and law firms, public sector and charitable organizations alike.  She continues to work at an organisational level and with many corporate leaders, but is now focussing on creating vitality resources that anyone can access. She is passionate about enabling others to maximise energy, effectiveness, creativity and happiness.

Personal stuff
Minimize

Alyssa is a former competitive triathlete with a passion for sports. She stills runs, swims and cycles but does a lot less of those to make some room for horse riding, tennis, yoga and jive dancing. She loves cooking (healthy stuff, of course) and reading (historical novels), and is trying to play the violin.  She is very happily married to Jonathan, and has 4 wonderful children: 2 daughters and a step-daughter and son.
